Cancellation Policy

Pre-shipment cancellations are simple and fee-free. Once dispatched, returns apply.

Before dispatch

You can cancel an order any time before it's marked Shipped in our system, free of charge. Email us at the address on the Contact page with your order number, or use the cancel button on the order detail page if you have an account.

Refunds for cancellations are initiated within 1 business day and reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

After dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled directly. You have two options:

  • Refuse delivery: reject the parcel at your doorstep. The courier returns it to us and we issue a refund after inspection.
  • Return after delivery: follow the rules in our Refund & Return Policy. Unopened-only, within 7 days.

Order modifications

If you spot a wrong address, wrong variant, or wrong quantity within 30 minutes of placing the order, write to us — we can usually update before dispatch. We don't recommend trying to fix by placing a second order; cancel and re-order is cleaner.

Cancellations from our side

Rarely, we may need to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, the address is unserviceable, or fraud is detected. In these cases we refund in full and notify you by email and SMS within 24 hours.
