Refund & Return Policy

When you can return an order, how to do it, and how the refund flows back.

Return window

We accept returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, on unopened products only. The seal on the tub or bottle must be intact.

What can be returned

  • Unopened products with the original packaging and seal intact.
  • Products damaged in transit (raise within 48 hours of delivery, with photos).
  • Wrong product shipped (raise within 7 days of delivery).

What cannot be returned

  • Opened products of any kind — for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products purchased on a final-sale promotion (clearly marked at checkout).
  • Products requested for return after the 7-day window.

How to raise a return

Email us at the address on the Contact page with your order number, the reason for return, and photos for damage cases. We respond within one working day. On approval, we arrange a reverse pickup at no charge for damaged-in-transit and wrong-product cases.

Refund timeline

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
  • Refund initiated: within 1 business day of inspection clearance.
  • Refund credited: 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. UPI is typically faster than card refunds.

Replacements & cancellations

Refunds are made to the original payment method only. Replacement requests (rather than refund) are processed at the same speed if the SKU is in stock.
